As a frontline member of Novitra, this role involves working closely with clients to identify opportunities for transformation.
Rather than focusing on high-volume cold calling, you will engage with clients to understand their challenges and develop solutions in collaboration with marketing, design, and web development teams.
This role involves end-to-end development across landing pages, web services, and internal tools—from initial concept to scaling and optimization.
As part of a small and agile organization, you will have direct input into technology selection and system architecture, and play a key role in shaping and growing our products.
In addition to general administrative tasks, this role encompasses back-office operations, performance tracking, and project coordination, contributing to the smooth functioning of the company.
